Government reshuffle within BUMBA administration: The minister of Infrastructure and Public Works (ITP) minister Alain TSHILUNGU reappointed with new responsibilities expresses gratitude to the urban authority, the Governor of the city-province of Kinshasa proceeded with a technical reshuffle of his government through the Decree No. SC/232/CAB/GVK/DBL/2025 dated October 15, 2025, concerning the appointment of ministers.
To this end, he renewed his trust in the Provincial Minister of Infrastructure and Public Works, Alain TSHILUNGU, to whom he assigned new responsibilities, notably Land Affairs, Urban Planning, and Housing.
This reappointment of Minister Alain TSHILUNGU demonstrates the Urban Authority’s determination to consolidate the efforts already undertaken in modernizing urban roads, but also to make efficiency, rigor, and a rejection of stagnation the compass guiding government action in the city of Kinshasa, in accordance with the vision of the President of the Republic, Félix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO.
Minister Tshilungu is not only reappointed with new responsibilities, he is also promoted in terms of precedence among the members of the BUMBA 2 government. This reshuffle aims to strengthen the executive team in order to give more impetus to the implementation of the « Kinshasa Ezo Bonga » program, for a modern, clean, and secure Congolese capital.
Minister Alain Tshilungu, as for him, reiterated his loyalty to Governor Daniel BUMBA, to whom he also expressed his deep gratitude for this sign of confidence placed in him, as well as his availability to serve the city.
