Reopening of TROIS VALLEES Avenue to Traffic in Ngaliema municipality.

The Provincial Ministry of Infrastructure, Public Works, Land Affairs, Urban Planning, and
Housing for the City of Kinshasa hereby informs the public, and road users in particular, that Trois
Vallées Avenue in Ngaliema commune has been reopened to traffic as of Monday, March 2, 2026.
This reopening follows construction work carried out under the urban road rehabilitation and
modernization program launched by the Provincial Government across the Congolese capital.

The construction of this reinforced concrete road is of vital importance for users in this part of the
city. It will therefore help ease traffic flow by reducing congestion on Nguma Avenue as well as
at the Magasin roundabout.
